Dear good friends, I am so happy for being able to speak a little bit with you that I wish to give you an advice, not particularly you who are believers but those whose faith is still faltering or those who have no faith and reject it. It is true that I cannot see all my living comrades here, and who would not believe me. Nevertheless I would tell them that when alive I stubbornly rejected the truth, although I felt it in my inner most being. The majority of them do as I did: through a false self-love they don’t want to agree with what they sometimes experience. They are mistaken because indecision makes us suffer on Earth, particularly when the time comes to leave it behind. Thus, get instructed! Have good faith! You shall be happier in your world as in the world where I am now. If you truly wish, I shall come other times to talk to you.

Mes bons amis, je suis si heureux de pouvoir un peu causer avec vous que je veux vous donner un conseil, non à vous particulièrement qui êtes croyants, mais à ceux dont la foi est encore chancelante, ou qui ne l'ont pas encore et la repoussent. Que ne puis-je voir ici tous mes confrères vivants, qui ne croiraient pas à moi, il est vrai; cependant je leur dirais que, de mon vivant, j'ai repoussé hautement la vérité quoique je la sentisse au de fond mon cœur. La plupart d'entre eux font comme moi: par un faux amour-propre, ils ne veulent pas convenir de ce qu'ils éprouvent parfois; ils ont tort, car l'indécision fait souffrir sur la terre, surtout au moment de la quitter. Instruisez-vous donc; soyez de bonne foi; vous serez plus heureux de votre vivant ainsi que dans le monde où je suis maintenant. Si vous le voulez bien, je viendrai causer quelquefois avec vous.
